When you request a resource, subscribe to GREYS Insights, book a consultation or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, business name, country and, where relevant, your business stage and enquiry details.

We use your information to send the resource or guide you requested, to respond to your enquiry, to arrange consultations and payments, and - where you have agreed - to send occasional business insights and updates from GREYS.

We only send marketing updates where you have given clear consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly. Withdrawing consent does not affect the service or information you have already requested.

Consultation fees, deposits and project payments are processed by Stripe on their secure checkout. GREYS never sees or stores your card details.

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Marketing records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate - such as our email and payment providers - and only as far as needed to deliver what you have asked for.
